Dive Site:

Rama Reef
Our house reef in Candidasa is one of the prettiest dive sites in the area. Coral reef is stretching as long as the eye can see and there is a resident turtle, very often spotted by divers. Underneath the corals there are sometimes white tip sharks hidding and awaiting the night. Distance from Zen Dive Bali: just in front of it and less than a minute away by a traditional Balinese boat
Puri Jati
Puri Jati is unquestionably one of the best macro (“muck”) diving sites in Bali, and is only a five minute walk from Zen Resort. It is famous for its huge variety of interesting and marine life. Our guides have logged hundreds of dives at Puri Jati, and are extremely experienced at locating even the most rare marine life. Puri Jati’s most famous resident is the elusive mimic octopus. Macro photographers from all over the world come to Puri Jati to search this amazing animal. The mimic octopus imitates other creatures such as snake eels, lionfish, and flounders to defend against predators.
Menjangan
Menjangan Island is unquestionably the best place to dive in Bali for abundant marine life and healthy population of coral. The island is famous for its reef fish, amazing coral, dramatic walls, and steep drop-offs, not to mention its stunning views of Java. Menjangan Island is home to many world class dive and snorkeling sites.
USAT Liberty Shipwreck
The USAT Liberty in Tulamben is Balis most famous diving destination. It is a 125 meter long American cargo ship that was sunk by a Japanese submarine in 1942. This wreck offers an unforgettable experience with a large number of fish life, fantastic coral, sponges and fans.
Padang bay
Padang Bay are actually eight different dive sites, the most famous one being Blue Lagoon. Bottom composition is mainly sand ornate with stunning coral formations of great variety. Very common are massive table corals providing a protection to various small coral reef fish. It is perfect for divers or photographers interested in unusual marine life as curious creatures are known to frolic these waters such as nudibranchs, strange walking scorpion fish, flying gurnards, pipefish and turtles. Hidden gem in this area is dive site called The Jetty, ask about it!
Nusa Penida and Manta point
The water here is fairly cold, due to a deep upwelling south of Bali, but often startlingly clear, with gorgeous corals and prolific fish and some turtles, Grey reef and Silver-tip sharks. In July-mid November Mola-Mola, the weird and wonderful Ocean sunfish can be seen here. Mantas can be seen cruising in formations of 2 to more than 7 in very shallow seas at some 5 meters.
